Before you order

All Items are sold on a Satisfaction GUARANTEED Basis. If you are unhappy with an item, return it within 15 days for a replacement or refund. Remember, the joy of handcraft´s is their individuality, and that the item you receive may vary slightly from the one shown. Colors shown on pictures are computer generated and may look slightly different in original. Allow 2-3 weeks delivery on select items. Items in stock will be mailed within 3-5 days.

How to order direct

For direct orders you can download my purchase order form (MS Excel), fill it in and mail it back to me. Please make sure to fill in your complete mailing address and if different also the shipping address. Make sure you fill in all details about your ordered item. If you like to order 10 or more items or delivery via DHL or your shipping address is outside Europe, please e-mail me for a quote. I will come back to you with an estimated time to finish your items. I start working up on your confirmation and the reception of 25% down payment. Your items will be shipped on reception of the final payment.

How to order custom made items

Due to the amount of orders I am getting, I am currently not able to do items not in my catalog. For customized stock items, please send me an e-mail and I come back to you with an estimate.
